These terms govern your use of 3dmultiply.com and the ordering of services from 3DMultiply (Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, order@3dmultiply.com, +38 097 298 82 03). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
3DMultiply provides FDM and SLA 3D printing, 3D scanning, 3D model design, and post-processing services. Indicative prices are shown on the site; the final price of an order is agreed individually after we assess your request (complexity, material, volume of work).
Orders are placed via the site form or by direct contact (phone, email, messaging apps). You provide a description of the task and, where relevant, a model file or reference. We contact you to confirm details, cost and timeline before work begins.
Payment terms (upfront, on completion, method) are agreed individually when the order is discussed. The site does not accept online payment directly.
Timelines are indicative and depend on the complexity of the order, the material chosen, and current production load. Exact timelines are agreed when the order is confirmed.
You warrant that you have the right to have any files or materials you provide printed, scanned or processed, and you are responsible for respecting the rights of third parties (copyright, trademarks, etc.). Rights to models you provide remain yours. 3DMultiply does not use client materials in its own portfolio or advertising without your separate prior consent.
3DMultiply uses reasonable professional care to complete orders in line with agreed specifications. We are not liable for defects or errors in a source 3D model provided by the client. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
If a completed order shows a defect that is our fault, let us know within a reasonable time after receiving it — we will review the situation individually and offer a correction, rework, or other resolution.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and failing that, as provided by Ukrainian law. Matters relating to personal data processing are additionally governed as described in our Privacy Policy, including — for EU residents — the rights afforded by the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
