When you submit the order form on our site, we receive:
We do not request or process any other personal data (e.g. ID/passport details, payment card details) through the site.
Solely to process your request: to estimate cost and timelines, to communicate with you about your order, and to fulfil it. Your submission is automatically stored in our internal order-management system (CRM) and a notification is sent to our team via an internal messaging tool, so we can respond quickly.
Data is stored on our own server and is accessible only to authorised 3DMultiply staff. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law, or where necessary to fulfil your order (for example, a delivery courier — and only to the extent needed for delivery).
The site uses Google Ads / Google tag (gtag.js) to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, which sets technical cookies in your browser. This data is used only in aggregated, non-identifying form. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Links in the site footer (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) lead to 3DMultiply's official pages on those platforms. Our team uses an internal content-management tool to publish material to these SAME official company accounts — we do not collect or process personal data of TikTok, Instagram or other platform users through this tool. It only operates on our own, already-authorised corporate accounts.
Order data is kept for the duration of the order and a reasonable period afterwards (for warranty questions or follow-up contact). You may ask us to delete your data at any time — see section 7.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to support@3dmultiply.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
3DMultiply is registered and operates in Ukraine, so personal data processing is primarily governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" of 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI. If you contact us from the European Union, we additionally honour your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) — including the rights of access, rectification, erasure and data portability — even though it does not formally apply to us as a company outside EU jurisdiction. If you are located outside the EU and Ukraine, the data protection laws of your own country may also give you additional rights; please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
